Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eyearo, every product is quality-checked before dispatch.
However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product received is defective or damaged
• A return request is raised within 15 days of delivery for the defective or damaged products.

Requests made after 15 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return.

Products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With authenticity card and accessories intact


REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable only after:

• The returned product is received and inspected
• The defect is verified by our quality team

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed only in case of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Transit damage

Exchange requests must also be raised within 15 days of delivery

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Custom power lenses (unless defective)


IMPORTANT NOTE

Products showing signs of use, damage due to handling, or missing original components will not be eligible for return or exchange.
